These conditions of participation apply if persons participate in the trade fair competition within the scope of the of the “Fleet! Der Branchentreff” and the “intercharge Network Conference” of ABB eMobility Digital Venture GmbH, Mariendorf Damm 1, 12099 Berlin (hereinafter “Organizer“).

These Terms and Conditions of Participation/Privacy Policy have been prepared in German and English language. In the event of any inconsistencies between the German and English versions, the German version shall take precedence.

Eligibility

Persons 18 years of age or older are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their and their affiliated companies as well as their relatives and employees of cooperation partners who are partners who are or were involved in the creation or execution of the competition and their affiliated companies and their relatives are excluded from participation. Each participant may participate in the competition only once. Otherwise, the organizer is entitled to exclude this person from the competition. In addition, the organizer reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are justified reasons, for example (a) manipulation in connection with the access to or the execution of the competition, (b) in case of violations of these terms and conditions, (c) in the event of unfair practices, or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

Participation

Participation is only open to visitors to the PANION stand at the “Flotte! The industry get- together” from 15 to 16.09.2021 and the “intercharge Network Conference” from 22 to 23.09.2021. The competition will be conducted exclusively online. In order to participate in the sweepstakes, the participants have to scan a QR code at the PANION booth. This QR code then links to the website (www.panion.org/ewinnspiel) with the competition form. For the participation in the sweepstake the correct completion and submission of the displayed sweepstake form is necessary. A valid mobile phone number and e-mail address must be provided. The participant assures that the personal information provided, in particular first name, surname and e-mail address, is true and correct. In the event of winning the prize and then for the delivery of the prize, it is also necessary to provide a correct postal address at the latest immediately after notification of a win. Deliveries will only be made within the Federal Republic of Germany.

Participation in the competition is free of charge. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.

Procedure of the competition

We will draw the following prizes at the end of the competition:

1st prize: Electric grill with stand “Weber Q 1400” Dark Grey (with a value of approx. 360,00€)

2nd prize: Weber grill course “Best of Grill Academy ” – 4-hour course (with a value of approx. 140,00 €) + apron black (with a value of approx. 20,00 €)

3rd prize: Weber barbecue course “American Barbecue” – 4-hour course (with a value of ca.120,00 €)

The winners will be drawn by lot within 14 days after the closing date. Winners will be drawn at random. After the draw the winners will be notified promptly online at the email address provided or by phone. Should the winner cannot be determined or does not declare his acceptance of the prize within 14 days and confirms his or her postal address within 14 days, the claim to the prize will be forfeited. The organizer will be responsible for shipping the prize.

Cash payment of the winnings or exchange is not possible, not even partially. The prizes are not transferable to third parties.

End of the competition

The competition ends on 23.09.2021. The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the sweepstakes from running as planned.

Data protection

In order to participate in the competition, you must provide personal data, in particular first name, surname, address and telephone number. The collection and processing of the personal data is solely for the purpose of carrying out the competition and, if applicable, to send the prizes. All data will only be stored for the purpose and for the duration of the and for the duration of the competition and will be deleted at the end of the campaign, unless there are legal obligations to retain data exist.

Any disclosure of personal data to third parties, with the exception of the cooperation partner and the delivering transport companies, is excluded without consent.

Liability

The organizer is not liable for any damage caused by errors, delays or interruptions in the transmission, malfunctions of technical equipment and services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses or in any other way during participation in the competition, unless such damage was caused by the organizer (his organs, employees or vicarious agents) intentionally or vicarious agents) with intent or gross negligence. The above limitation of liability shall not apply in the event of injury to life, limb or health or in the event of fraudulently concealed defects.
